This assessment task can be completed with the direct access to any course issued resource or your own research source. To complete this assessment you may require access to the following:

  • Relevant business equipment as required
  • Relevant workplace information which may include but is not limited to Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, templates, organisational data or reports.

Upon submitting this assessment you will be notified immediately of your outcome.

What happens if I get something wrong?

You will be automatically notified of your assessment result. You are able to review your results to identify which questions were satisfactory and which were unsatisfactory. Take note of this information and review the learning content provided. It is important that you reach out to your trainer or assessor at this point if you feel you require further support.

How many attempts do I get?

We understand that sometimes mistakes can happen and many of the questions have been designed to ensure deep learning of the training content has occurred. You are able to have five (5) attempts at this assessment.

What if I reach my maximum attempts?

It is recommended that if you are still experiencing difficulty with obtaining a satisfactory result after two (2) attempts that you reach out to your trainer or assessor for support. If you exhaust your allocated five (5) attempts your assessor will discuss the appropriate course of action with you based on your individual needs and circumstances.
